All product prices displayed are inclusive of VAT taxes.
Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express & Apple Pay.
Shipping costs will be added at checkout and are flat rates:

Returns - Refunds & Exchanges:
*Please kindly note that as a small business, offering a full refund policy does impact me financially, and I would therefore request please observe the following terms and conditions and be as sure as possible on your purchase prior to ordering*
Faulty Goods - My handmade products are quality assured, but if for any reason you are not happy with a product due to a genuine fault, please contact me as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved efficiently.
Ring Sizing - All of my items are handmade and not mass produced, and all rings ordered to size (where you have chosen your size from a drop down menu) are custom made to order in the size you have selected. Because of this, these orders will NOT be accepted for return or refund. PLEASE therefore ensure that you have chosen the correct size before ordering. If you are unsure of your ring size, any local jeweller or jewellery store will be able to check this for you. With all ring orders I will do one free resize of the original item I have made for you but you will be responsible for the return postage to and from me. Any subsequent resizing will be charged at £30 + return postage to and from me.
Unwanted Goods - For pieces bought online which are one off pieces which I have not custom sized for you, you have 14 days from date of receipt of goods to return the unwanted goods for exchange or refund. This must include all original packaging and parts and please do let me know if you wish to return and the reason within 5 days of receipt so that I can resolve as efficiently as possible. Please note this DOES NOTE THIS EXCLUDES CUSTOM/BESPOKE DESIGNS OR WHERE "RING SIZING" POLICY ABOVE APPLIES.
In Person Purchases - For any pieces bought in person (at a market or event) where a customer has tried on the piece and is satisfied it is a good fit and they are happy, I am happy to offer an exchange but cannot offer a refund. This is because it is impossible for me to tell if a piece has been worn after purchase. I will inform you at the time of purchase if an item is bought in person that the sale is exchange only. Pieces bought as a gift will be offered a gift receipt where if the person in receipt of the gift does not like a piece or it does not fit correctly, I can offer an exchange or refund. When buying a piece as a gift, please do take the time to consider if it will suit or fit the receiver prior to purchase.
